Product Options and Measurement Base Price

I need to create a product on a client’s website that has the same types of features and functionality as this page (https://www.missouriquiltco.com/shop/machinequilting).

Currently we have the product set up as a custom order contact form. But we would like to develop this into a product that can be added into the shopping cart, collect the information needed from the customer, and adjust the price according to customer selections.

Like the example above, the features I need are:
– radio or checkbox selection with the option to have thumbnail images next to each option
– input field for personalization or comments
– base price calculated on measurements (e.g., length x width at a price of $.03/sq in)
– customer can attach a file
– base price adjust based on customer’s selections of color or thread type

As of yet, I can’t find a plugin that can do ALL of this, and I know the client doesn’t have the budget for a lot of custom coding. I’ve looked at WooCommerce Extra Product Options (does everything but the base price by measurements), Gravity Forms Product Add Ons (does most of it – can’t tell if you can have thumbnail images next to the options and file uplaod), and UNI Custom Product Options (again, not sure about the options thumbnail images or file upload) (https://codecanyon.net/item/uni-cpo-woocommerce-options-and-price-calculation-formulas/9333768).

Any help? Hoping someone can tell me if in fact Gravity Forms or the UNI one CAN do everything I need – I just can’t tell without actually purchasing and installing it.

Other plugin suggestions welcome, too.
