Product only for wholesale

Unfortunately, the free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices doesn’t support this feature. But with our Premium version, you can apply visibility restrictions to your products so only wholesale users are allowed to see them.

Thanks for answer. I already have the premium collection and I saw this setting. We have about 30 userroles and its a bit timeconsuming to write 30 userroles on every product. We have about 1000 products.

It would be nice to just have one checkbox to set it non-visible for privat/ordinary webshop users. Or do you have any tips? ??

Thanks for your response.

If you want to apply multiple products exclusive for wholesale roles, we recommend using the Wholesale Role Filter in the Product Category settings instead.

Please go to your Products > Categories and apply the wholesale role filter to your chosen categories. You can also create an exclusive wholesale category so you can easily apply this setting to your wholesale products.

Did the step you recommended on the 1:st level in the hierachy in the product category and also on the 2:nd level and took the value “Wholesale Customer”.

For ex: Bikes in the first productcategory tree and then also on Bikes->mountainbikes

It works in the productgallery (shop-page) but a customer can see it if they search in the searchfield. How to solve that? Thanks!

If you restrict a product to a particular wholesale role, it should not be shown both in the shop page and in the search results for other users.

May I know which search field are you using? Please try to use the WordPress search widget or the Product Search Widget instead and let me know if the issue still persists.

We are using Ajax Search Pro plugin and have made very much customizing on that searchplugin. We are using the most common theme Flatsome so that shouldnt be a problem. This setting that you refer to with Wholesale Role Filter in the Product Category – is it only working with WordPress search widget or product search widget? You can look at our page.

Unfortunately, we don’t support other searches from third-party plugins. Since it is a customized search plugin, it’s likely that the product visibility restriction is overridden.

Yes, the product restriction should be working on the WordPress search widget and especially on the product search widget.

Thanks for answer. You should state that before a customer buys the plugin. Its not unusual for many users to have other searchplugins. Any ideas how we can solve the problem?
