• Hello! when I try to add a product on backorder to the cart I get the following message: “You cannot add that amount of [Name of the product] to the cart because there is nor enough stock”

Is there any way to solve this?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have tested the behavior of adding products on backorder to the cart on a clean setup, and it should be possible to add products with the status “available on backorder” to the cart without any issues.

In your case, it seems that there might be some factors specific to your setup that are causing this error message to appear. One possibility is that you are using third-party plugins to manage your stock, which could be interfering with the backorder functionality.

To further investigate and resolve this issue, we would need access to your staging website. You can securely provide the access information via the support chat in the plugin settings or the help page on our website. Once we have access, our team will be able to debug the issue and provide you with a solution.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to assisting you further.

    Hello,
    I have the same problem.
I deactivated every plugin except Woocommerce and TI WooCommerce Wishlist but the problem still persists.

Could you please assist me on this?

    Thank you in advance.
