Thanks for sending that over to us. Typically, this issue is caused by one of two things: an overly- aggressive cache, or an issue with WP_CRON on the site.

First, can you disable WP Rocket and see if the scheduled sales prices return to normal as expected?

If it doesn’t, a simple test for WP_CRON is to schedule a post for some time in the future (several minutes in the future is fine) – when that’s done, navigate to the ‘posts’ screen after the post should have published. Does it actually get published or is there a ‘missed schedule’ message?

This means there’s an issue with CRON on your site. Your best bet is to get in touch with your site’s host to see if they’re able to see why scheduled actions aren’t properly running on your site; CRON is something that’s typically enabled at the server level.
