About the issue with variations, I think it does not depend on the plugin.

Please read my first comment of the two I posted. I’m not using the premium version, I said I have access to it. You previously instructed me to use product variations to include the SKU in the email response of which is not working. My client is adding variations but it’s adding incorrect variations of products that don’t exist.

You mentioned in a previous response from two months ago that

“if you are using a variable product please make sure that you have created a variation for each attribute combination.” That’s exactly what you instructed. However, my client did that but it’s generating products that don’t exist.

My client told me this, “I tried adding production variations, but it only created product variations of non-existent SKUs. For one of the products has 9 SKUs and then it created an additional 4 ‘variations’ which isn’t right as that’s not in our product catalog.”

Is there anything else that needs to be done after clicking Generate variations?

the variations generation issue you are experiencing does not depend on our plugin.

We’ve reached the limits of what is possible to do here, as already said you should consider hiring someone so that you can give them direct access to the site for a far more efficient fix than we can provide here.
