Product not showing on url

    Hi,

    I recently created a product and added it to the respective catalogue. For my surprise when clicking the product, it took me back to the main catalogue page that shows all my products listed but not the product page. Looking at the url, I can see that the product ID does not show at all.
    The plugin has the most recent update.

    I’ve been using the plugin for more than a year and it’s the first time this issue happens. I deleted the product from the catalogue and installed it again but the same problem happens. At the end, the product page does not show at all.

    I added the link to my page for your review. The product affected is the SLP pedestal product.

    1) If you go to Options->SEO, did you set “Pretty Permalinks” to yes?

    2) If so, did you write anything in the “Permalink Base” (or is it blank)?

    3) If #1 is yes and #2 is blank, have you entered slugs in for your products?

    For example, if you edit a product, is there something in the “Slug” text box (under the Name field)?

    For slugs: keep in mind it’s better to have no spaces between words. So the slug for “PSLV C25” should be pslv-c25

    4) If you’re still having the issue after trying everything above, we suggest refreshing your permalinks. You can do this by clicking Settings (in left side menu) -> Permalinks. Don’t change anything on the page, instead scroll down and click “Save Changes”.
