    With the new update, in the ‘Sync records’ section of this plugin I have an alert ‘ProductName not found in Square’.

    This product in Square is a variation with a specific SKU, so why it’s saying me ‘not found’?

    I will explain it better. I have a product in Square with two variation. Each variation has a different SKU. One of this variation is on my Woocommerce (as a normal product with the SKU).

    Will it be sync or not? I think I didn’t have this problem with the previous update..

    I have other problems with the new updates (like some feature removed) and at the moment I can’t check.

  • Hi @webdev96 — Could you clarify a few quick things here?

    1. Do you have Square or WooCommerce set as your System of Record?

    2. How many product attributes does your variable product have?

    3. What version of the Square plugin are you currently using on your site?

    You should be aware that Square only supports a single attribute for variable products. Trying to sync products with multiple attributes can cause syncing to fail.
