    Hi,

    It seems like sync (at least the manual one) gets stuck if a product doesn’t exist in square but it’s set to ‘sync with square’. This seemed to get me stuck in the middle of SYNC process until I turned on sync with square. I realize that it shouldn’t be set to sync in the first place (although the product just got deleted from square and it was there before) BUT this could cause some issues with sync if not properly handled by product managers.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I tried to replicate the same behaviour on my test site but couldn’t:

    – I set up Square as System of Record.
    – I imported and synced my products.
    – I deleted one synced product from Square manually and ran a manual sync.
    – Sync got completed with a notification that an item hasn’t been found:

    Do you take the same steps or I’m missing something in my replication?
