I create a simple, virtual, downloadable product and set the price at $22.00. I publish the product. When I look at the All Products page, the product is displaying $6,690,486,670.00. Can someone provide me with a solution to this?

    Hi @jneiblum,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re experiencing an issue with the product pricing displaying wrong values. This is certainly unusual and not a typical behavior of WooCommerce, and I’ll be happy to help.

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend the following:

    1. Double-check the price you’ve entered for the product in your WooCommerce product settings. Ensure it’s entered as “22.00” without any extra characters or spaces.

    2. Clear any caching plugins you may have active on your site, as well as your browser cache. Sometimes, old data can be stored and displayed incorrectly.

    3. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce to see if there’s a conflict causing the issue. If the problem resolves, enable plugins one by one to identify the culprit.

Let us know if these steps help in solving the issue.

    Thanks.

    1. The price is entered correctly
    2. I cleared all of the caches in the WooCommerce/Status/Tools page as well as deleting browsing data in Chrome and still the problem remained
    3. I deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce and the incorrect value still displayed. I have reactivated them

How can I attach screenshots and the system report here?

    Hi there,

In order to troubleshooting this further, please do the following:

    • Share a copy of your system status report as found under WooCommerce > Status (You can copy/paste it here or use https://gist.github.com/ with a link to the specific gist)
    • For images, you’ll need to upload them to an image hosting provider like imgur.
    • Share a direct link to the page where you’re seeing that price;
    • Confirm whether you’re seeing that faulty price on the single product page as well or just the main shop/all-products page

    Thanks!

Here’s an update. I am using the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin to create some additional fields for some of my products. When I deactivated that plugin and entered a new product, the price displayed correctly. When I reactivated the plugin and entered another product, the incorrect price occurred again. So I think the problem is with the ACF plugin. Have you encountered anyone else having issues with that plugin?

    Hi @jneiblum,

I replied to the email I received regarding this ticket. Should I have replied here instead?

We recommend replying directly here in the forums instead.

When I deactivated that plugin and entered a new product, the price displayed correctly. When I reactivated the plugin and entered another product, the incorrect price occurred again.

Thank you for confirming that the plugin Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), is the possible culprit to the issue. As this is a third-party plugin, I recommend reaching out to their support team and explaining in detail what is happening to you. They’ll be able to assist you further.

I hope this points you in the right direction.

    Thank you for understanding.
