Product not appearing in search results

    Hi

    I am considering upgrading to the pro version but this issue is holding me back. For the most part the plugin has been fantastic – but for some reason it is not returning results for one of my brands – Eleven is the brand.

    If I type in Eleven it say nothing found. But if I type in for example Eleven and then Basil (one of the scent in the brand) the product appears.

    I can’t seem to find another case of this outside of the Eleven brand. For everything else, I type in three letter and results start to appear.

    Any idea?

    Hello,

    Maybe word ‘Eleven’ is in your stop words list? Please check it in that list from plugin settings page.
