Product not appearing

Hi, when I try to open a ticket and try to select a product no products are showned.
I have “Multiproduct” selected and it says “ninguno” (no-one) where it says included and excluded.
I tried to leave it in blank but when I save it says “ninguno” again. I do not know if that the correct setting.
In any case no products from my woocommerce db appear.
How can I solve it?
