Product not appearing

    Hey,
    I created the above product with 420 variations (already increased threshhold so problem is not from there), but now when I click on view or try to see the product, the page loads for a long time and then returns blank. What could I have missed?

    Hi,

    That’s a lot of variations. My guess is that you are running out of memory.

    We talk about how to increase WP_MEMORY_LIMIT here.

    You can also check the fatal errors log under WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs and that should have some more clues.

    Hey,
    I added the memory line in the wp-config file, and memory in woocommerce now shows 256; however, I still can’t see the page. I checked the error log and there’s nothing there.

    @charbeltadros I visited your product and the product does not have 420 variations and loads fine.

    I am marking this as resolved for now, but if you need assistance you can change it back to not resolved.
