Product Names all the same within a category

About a month ago, all of the product names changed. They used to be all different product names. Now, all of the products within a category are the exact same name as the first product in the category. I think this is a WooCommerce bug. I can’t find where anyone else is having this same issue. The odd thing is throughout the entire checkout and purchase process, the correct product name is used. It’s only on the WooCommerce Product page where the name is wrong. Also, I can’t change the name. If I do, it updates every product in that category to the new name.

I can’t do a screen print on my PC. I am not going to buy snipboard. I use a product from TechSmith Capture that does not work with pastebin. Is there an email I can send my screenshots to?

As for your system status report, then you can forget about Pastebin and copy&paste your report directly in the forums.

Here are three screenshots. No matter what category I select, or from the Product page before selecting a category, all products are named whatever the first product is named. I am not able to update the names. When making a purchase from the Shop, the names are displayed correctly.
This makes it very difficult to determine what product I need to work on. The tags and SKUs help ID what I’m looking for but this is a definite glitch in Woo.

We realize there is a new version but we are waiting for our plugins to catch up before we can proceed with installing the new version.
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
It sounds like a staging site would be a good idea. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`
