    Hello there!

    I have an issue with some items that aren’t displaying correctly on the emails sent.

    I’m currenlty using some bundled products and the issue that I have is that some item description text is displaying only in the email sent. When I’m using your app, this doesn’t appear at all. But then when I send a “test email”, there’s additional text appearing…

    I have attached some images to show you what I mean.

    The first image represents what I see from the editor, the second one, from the email perspective.

    To help better understand the issue and hopefully provide you with a solution, please share the WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report) and the URL of the product bundle plugin you are using.

    Hi @gmongrut,

    As per the information you shared with us on our support desk, you are using the WPC Product Bundle plugin For WooCommerce plugin on your site.

    Currently, the Decorator-WooCommerce Email Customizer plugin is not fully compatible with the WPC Product Bundle plugin. This is the reason why the extra text did not appear in the decorator email preview. However, the extra text appeared in the test email you sent.

    The WPC Product Bundle For WooCommerce plugin provides an option in its settings, by default, to hide the bundled product details from the order confirmation emails or other emails. Please check whether this option is set to ‘No’ in the WPC Product Bundle plugin settings. You can find this option in WPClever > Product Bundles > Settings > Cart & Checkout section > Hide bundled products on order details. I have attached a screenshot of this option below for your reference.



    If this option is set to ‘No’, kindly change it to ‘Yes’ and check whether the extra product bundle description is appearing in the email or not.
