    Please go to WooCommerce > Status > System Status, click on Get system report, then click on Copy for support, paste it on https://pastebin.com/ (set a paste expiration for one week, just in case), and finally paste the pastebin.com link in your reply here.

    Thanks for sharing your system report. I have taken a look at it, but I was not able to find any obvious issue there.

    Could you please tell me if you are using a custom PDF template? You can check this under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Choose a template.

    Hi Just using the default settings. The template is just the “simple” one. there is no other option.

    Thanks for providing more details, @latelunch59.

    At this point, I’m almost sure that this issue is causing by a conflict with another plugin. If you have a staging site, my recommendation is to disable all the plugins, except?WooCommerce?and?PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce, and then try opening a PDF invoice and check if this is generated correctly.

    If so, activate one of the disabled plugins, and open the PDF invoice to see if it opens correctly. Then, repeat the same step with each plugin, one at a time, until you find the one that is causing the problem.

    Please let me know if it was a plugin indeed the root cause of the issue, so we can help another users with a similar issue.
