Product name doesn't seem when adding to cart

When i add a product to cart in shop page, the product name show in the cart. But when i use the shortcode in a special page the product name doesn’t show up when added to cart.
I use this shortcode:
[add_to_cart id=”1196″]
The product ID is true and after adding to cart, it shown in cart but without the product name.
