Product Name -> Constant text

How may I show every single product in the invoice as some constant text:

Example:

Optical Mouse 1x
Headphones 1x
USP Cable 1x

->

PC Part 1x
PC Part 1x
PC Part 1x

(While not showing product SKU under the product name)
