Product Name column is elongated

Hi,

I installed a plugin yesterday (all in one seo) as well as free version of optinmonster and today when I went to look at my products (as I am adding products) I see that the product name column has been elongated, I suspect it is due to adding one of the above plugins (I have also asked for support from AIO seo but asking here as well). I looked up a previous query in wordpress where a code snippet was given to increase column width so I used this code and even thought the column widths are now wider, the product name continues to be elongated.
