Product Name Changes To Untitled

  • My product names keeps changing to ‘Untitled’.

    I add a product to my store.
    When I navigate to my storefront and add the item to my cart, the name changes to ‘Untitled’. Starting doing this a few months ago.

    I have NO IDEA what is going on. Hopefully someone reading this can help…

  • Hi there,

    This sounds very much like a conflict is happening either with a 3rd party plugin/theme (or something on your site isn’t up to date)

    I’d look to disabling all 3rd party plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default “Storefront” theme which you can find in your websites WPAdmin area under Themes > Add New > Search “Storefront”

    Then after making sure everything is up to date on your site check to see if this is still happening or not.
