Product multiple input field not showed

  • Hi, I have a problem with Booster for woocommerce (pro version).
    This version allow me to set multiple custom input field in single page product.
    When I set only 1 custom input field all seems ok, but if I set the second input field, directly in single product page, only the first is showed on front end.

    I’ve checked all the option in Booster setting/product/input field, but I do not see anything strange.

    If someone can give me a solution, please tell me ??
