Product loop image zoom/lightbox

    Hi,

    in product loop actually (I use Divi) if I click on an image it links to the single product.
    How can I do to link to a zoom or a lightbox instead?
    Clicking on the product title it’s ok to link to single product.

  • You are using a paid theme. You are better off asking the authors for support on this as this is custom work.

    I have already spoken with Divi developers: they say it’s a Woocommerce related question and they said to ask you…

    The default behaviour in WooCommerce is indeed to link through to the single product page. To hijack that behaviour to do something else (e.g. opening a lightbox instead) would require a fair amount of custom to achieve and needs to be done in conjunction with the active theme given the styling components thereof.

    Given the extent of the custom coding involved, we’d recommend getting in touch with a web developer or customisation expert that’s listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    Of course, another option would be to consider using a plugin like https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-quick-view/ –> It’s not a traditional lightbox although it is a step in the right direction.
