Product List Gets Cut Off in Shop

    I am having a problem where part of my product listing is getting cut off, like there is malformed code somewhere. On the example link, there are supposed to be 14 products. It is showing me and other users 10 items and the last one isn’t even shown correctly (no button to direct to the product page). This page also loads extremely slowly.

    The last two products (plastic bead chain loop and metal loop chain) show in the listing correctly, but they have a problem on their product pages where they won’t show the image or anything after the short description.

    Note that only the add to cart button with the drop down of variations should be hidden for logged out users.

    I have tried troubleshooting using HealthCheck — but after re-enabling all the plugins one by one nothing replicated the issue. I only have the Shapely theme installed, no other themes, so I am not sure it is that either but I am having trouble pinpointing the cause of the issue so that it can be fixed.

    I can’t be certain if this is happening with other categories, but so far this is the only one we have found showing these issues.

    @emilygonsalves, I would definitely recommend testing your theme next as it can be just as impactful on a site as a plugin. Use either the Twenty Seventeen or Storefront theme when testing.

    Also, while the Health Check plugin is great for testing.I’d also recommend setting up a staging site for your tests, as it’s a good practice to have a staging site anyways. It also give you a safe space to do these sorts of conflict tests.

    The slowness could be caused (partially) by your hosting, but I would suspect a theme or plugin issue before your hosting.
