    Hi,

    Your dashboard shows a bunch of product issues that causes the product not to be synced like: Product image "..." is not a valid name [image]

    When I replace the product image with an image with a correct name the product syncs with google, and the error is gone from the product page.

    It is however still shown in the Issues to resolve section on the Product feed page of the plugin. This is annoying as we cannot easily check what products to fix. They only disappear if we go to the connection-test-admin-page page and Delete All Synced Products.

    Is there something you (or we) can do about this?

    As I understand you are having some issues on Google Merchant Center and product errors, correct?

    I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    Hi @koningsvh,

    Thanks for sharing more details on this issue.

    As a first step to troubleshooting the issue even further, are you able to perform a conflict test on a staging site?

    This will help rule out any conflicts with your active plugins.
