    Hello,

We are using Product Input Field to allow customers to enter a “note” on all of our product listings (e.g. a color preference). The notes display in the cart and in Woocommerce orders and even the order confirmation email. However, we use an integration software called “MyWorks” to sync Woocommerce orders into Quickbooks as an invoice. The notes field does not show up in the Quickbooks invoice. MyWorks support stated that as long as the notes information is stored as Woocommerce meta-data, it would be sync’d over to Quickbooks.

I’m hoping you can help me resolve this — is there additional configuration or custom code so that we can get our PIF “notes” field over to QB?

    Thanks!
    Patrick

    Hi @jpatricksweeney99,

I have asked the developer and they informed that, yes it is metadata. Meta keys will be:-

    alg_wc_pif_global_ $i
    alg_wc_pif_local_$i

where $i will be the number of which input field is enabled.

Please let us know if you have any further queries.

    Regards,
    Kenil Shah
