Product import with URL in short description

    Hi,

    I am truing to use the default woocommerce import tool to import products.

    The problem I met is that if there is a link to an internal URL in the short (product) description, the tool show an error like: for security reasons your file cannot be imported.

    We are running the WordPress version 5.4.1 and Woocommerce version 4.1.0. Is there a way to force the file to import?

    Hi Crystal,

    I have tried to replicate this behavior, and was unable to. I successfully imported a product with an internal URL in the short description field.

    Have you confirmed that the products import without the URL in the short description field?

    Also, I have seen instances where the import failed if the .CSV file contains HTML code. Does your file contain code? If so, please try installing this plugin as it can help:
