Product images not showing up when changing the page.

    Hello. I have installed Shop Engine in my wordpress shop. I really like it but there are issues that make it not able to be used for a shop. I have created custom shop page and using Archive Products widget. The problem is – whenever a customer changes the shop page to see more products, images dissapear. Everything is displayed the regular way, but the place where product image was supposed to be turns gray and empty. What can I do about it? I really want to use your plugin but this bug makes it impossible.

  • Hey @gotowinaswieta ,

    I have checked your website and found that, whenever I click on the next page the image path/link (screenshot) is slightly different from your usual image link (screenshot).

    So, I am assuming that, the issue is coming due to your caching plugin. Possible reason, disabling query strings or enabled lazy loading images from the caching plugin can cause this issue.

    Please deactivate the caching plugin first and then try those above solution one by one. Hopefully you will find the solution.
