Product images not showing up in order mails

Hi there! Is this a Gmail-specific issue? Do the images show up for other email providers?

yes. I tested the mail in hotmail, images are displaying. does not work in gmail

Hi @freedom667, thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately, as this is a customization, there’s not a lot we can we do. Our emails don’t have product images by default. Googling hasn’t been super helpful either. I found this, for example, but it sounds like you’ve already taken the steps outlined here.

I’ll leave the thread open in case others can contribute anything.
