Product images not showing on Shop page.

    The Shop page displays the text description for the products in my store:…
    https://us-ts.com/shop/ but no thumbnails / images. There is a button “Select Options” which will take you to the actual product page for that item. Then when you hit the “Back” button, returning to the Shop page the thumbnail is displayed.
    This is a new install. I’m working with Printful and the products are getting pushed through to Woocommerce, they are there on their own product pages. Just no thumbnails on the shop page.

    Looking at the way the Shop page is laid out it seems clear that things are spaced to allow room for the image. In other words there is empty space above the text descriptions to allow for the thumbnail. Just no thumbnail.
    Is there something I’m missing? How do I correct this?
    I’ve seen some threads suggesting additional plugins but I’m hoping to find a cleaner solution to this problem short of cluttering up the install with more plugins.

    Hi there,

    I understand you’re not seeing product image thumbnails on your shop and category pages like https://us-ts.com/shop/ and https://us-ts.com/product-category/apparel/

    When I loaded your site for the first time, the product images were immediately there:

    Perhaps you’ve fixed this already? If not – this behavior might be related to caching.

    I’d recommend attempting to load your site in a different browser/on a different machine/device and disabling any caching plugins or server-side caching.
