    Hi

We have an odd problem on a site that uses your plugin.

The site uses a CDN for images, as they sell a lot abroad. They are UK based.
On the live site with your plugin enabled, the Product main image and its gallery, will not load. You just get a black box.

With the plugin off, they load.

This us using the DIVI theme. They have taken me around in circles, tlaking about Cloudflare (which does not cache the site) and other things. But bottom line, with your plugin disabled, it works. With it enable, it doesn’t.

Can you help? Not sure how i can give you the URL without revealing too much tho.

    Regards

    Simon

Bunny CDN. It’s not that at fault tho, as all other images on the site are loaded just fine from it.
Yes we tried it on a staging area on another theme, and it worked just fine.

But DIVI flatly refuse to say it is them at fault, as if we disable your plugin with Divi enabled, the images load. It is something to do with the images plugin, that simply STOPS the code from even being written that shows the image, when there is a CDN in use.

If we disable the CDN, the images (and that code) load just fine.

I will just try it with Jetpack CDN, as she use to use that many moons ago.

I’ve disabled the CDN in Litespeed cache. And enabled the Jetpack one. That is not yet working, but will leave it for a bit.

Somehow, a combo of Divi, Your plugin and the CDN are just messing up the Product page images. And I cannot explain why. But something stops the actual CODE from loading – not the image, but the CODE.

We can’t use the Jetpack one as apparently it causes a load of issues.
So we are still stuck. No idea. But bottom line – if I turn off your plugin, the images load from the CDN. If it is on, it doesn’t, either for me, on any device, on 4G, or for our host or our client.

On the DIVI builder product page please try using the SVI shortcode instead of the product image block.

    Shortcode [svi_wcsc]

    let me know.

Will this work even if a product page isn’t specifically using your plugin?

    (@drosendo)

If you mean completely disabling the ability to entirely disable SVI for a specific product and revert to the default theme behavior with SVI Shortcode has not been implemented yet. I understand this feature may be useful, and we’ll consider it for future updates.

The SVI plugin is designed to work whether a product uses SVI galleries for variations or a simple SVI gallery.

In the meantime, could you please confirm if the current setup works for you?

Heavens that causes this to happen (our on dev page):

note it loads twice. Once really big, and then normal.

That means something setup wrong on the divi builder. Maybe you have a mobile and desktop design?

You may reachout to me on smart-variations website where I may view your staging site.

    cheers,

No it’s just the Individual Product Page builder template in Divi. That’s all.

How do I reach out to you on there please?
