My product pages used to have the gallery photos shown as thumbnails, which then enlarged when moused over. Today I looked at the product pages and instead of thumbnails in a horizontal grid, they are enlarged images in a vertical line, Additionally, they are all blurry. I regenerated the thumbnails and still have the problem. If I look at the customizer setting, the example page looks as it should, but the other pages are a mess. I am also missing a lot of featured product images. Is this something that happened due to updates?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, @nubiesan

    Please follow the steps:

Clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure you see the site’s most up-to-date version.

Check if any updates have been made to your website or theme recently. If so, review the changelog to see if any changes were made to how images are displayed on product pages.

If you can access your website’s backend, check the settings for your gallery and featured product images to ensure they are set up correctly. Also, check if any plugins or custom code might conflict with your images’ display.

It’s also worth noting that various factors, such as low image resolution, compression, or incorrect file format, can cause blurry images. Ensure your images are optimized for the web and in the appropriate file format (e.g., JPEG, PNG).
    Thank you.

Update I changed the theme to both Storefront and TwentyTwenty. In Storefront the images were thumbnail size, but displayed in a vertical line. In TwentyTwenty the images were in the large blurry vertical line.

I cleared browser cache, site cache, and disabled the store customizer plug in. I don’t know where to go from here — the site looks terrible.
