Product Images Not Displaying After Updating via CSV Upload

  • I exported an CSV file, applied price and stock changes, and uploaded it to update the products. But now, the product images are not displaying. What could be the issue?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    When updating stock and price, did you also enable the?image column?in the mapping screen? If the?“Update even if empty values”?option was selected during import, any existing product images would be cleared if the image column was empty in the CSV.

    If not, please share:

    • The?modified CSV file?used for the update.
    • A?screenshot of the mapping screen & Step 4 of the import process?to check selected update options.
