Product images dont show, not available in product editor

    I’ve recently started working on a website for a client with an old theme “Platform Pro”. In the product editor, there is a field to add “gallery images” but no product image or featured image. As such, no images, show, just the placeholder image.

    Any idea why this could be happening?

    Hi there,

    If I understand correctly, you’re the Product Image meta box isn’t appearing when you edit a product. If so, that’s most likely because it’s hidden in the Screen Options. The tab is a bit hidden at the top right of the edit product page:
