    Hi there,

I am hosting my website on a LiteSpeed server (with A2 Hosting) and using your LSCache plugin.

I am seeing a strange problem where the images on my product pages will not load, if I am using Google Chrome and I am NOT logged in into my WordPress admin account. https://prnt.sc/ta592n. To make matters worse, occasionally it will show but most of the time it won’t. I have tried on a few machines and I am seeing the same problem across all machines.

If I am logged in into my admin account, the issue does not happen. The product images all load successfully.

This issue does not happen on Firefox, Safari or Edge. All images load fine even if I’m not logged on as an admin.

I believe it’s a problem with the LSCache plugin, because when I disable all features (Debug Settings > Disable All Features > ON), everything works on Google Chrome – whether I am logged in as an admin or not.

Here is a link to my website:

You can try with any of the products in the category page here:

Will you be able to help, please? The only reason I upgraded my hosting was to take advantage of the LiteSpeed server, but if this doesn’t work then it really defeats the purpose. ??

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Joy

    Hello there,

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

I do not believe I have lazyload turned on. Please find attached screenshots of my settings.

    Hi,

OK , could you please try reset to default setting and see how it goes ?

You can do so in Toolbox –> Export/Import page.

    Dear Support Team,

I tried your suggestion, and it works. THANK YOU! ??

I did try to re-enable some options I set before, but gave some up (e.g. DNS Prefetch and WebP images) and left them as your default settings. They didn’t really make much difference so I’m happy with the results.

Thank you for creating such a wonderful plugin and providing it for free. My website was previously loading at an atrocious speed, but with Cloudflare and your plugin enabled, it’s now loading at 1/2 the time it used to take.

I will continue using LiteSpeed servers and your LSCache plugin. Please keep up the good work and the kind and wonderful support you give to your customers.

    Stay safe!

    Kind regards,
    Joy

I’m having same issue.. Only chrome when signed in as administrator

    The file that aborts is
    /wp-content/litespeed/cssjs/a01b5.js

and then the page doesn’t load correctly.. I’ve know idea what this means or how to fix it. I’m hoping there’s an option to disable, rather than reset to default…

    cheers, Bruce

    Hi Bruce,

I’m no expert, but what I did was this:-

    1) Take a backup of my existing settings
    2) Reset to default settings
    3) I turned each option on one by one. I tested each time I turned on an option to make sure that it wasn’t that setting that broke the website. Remember to test with Incognito mode.
    4) I did give up a few options (such as WebP, DNS Prefetch, Object cache, etc.) as I found that turning them on/off did not have much effect on the speed.

    Hi Joy

My issue was Page Optimisation–> 2 JS settings–> JS Combine… Switched Off, all ok

Thanks for your help, I was approaching this problem from another angle, until I saw your post.

    cheers, Bruce
