I’m having trouble getting the plugin to send over correctly sized images to Mailchimp. Please see this image: https://killercoffeeco.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/incorrectsizes.png

It’s fine for most of our products, but for some the image gets resized to dimensions 70×60. Our thumbnail width is 450 and main image width 700 in Woocommerce.

I can’t seem to find any difference between the products that have no problems and those that do and would like to ask for help with figuring out why this is happening. I’d be grateful for any ideas.

    Thanks.

@operationsatkiller sorry to hear about the image issue – can you tell us what you have selected for the Product Image Size in your plugin settings? Also is it possible that whatever you’ve selected just isn’t available for that particular product in question?

@ryanhungate Thanks for getting back to me, and apologies for the late reply. Our Product Image Size settings are 700 for main image, 450 for thumbnail. I tried replacing one of the product’s images with a 450×450 image and resyncing the plugin, but the image was still resized to far smaller dimensions.

Most of our product’s images are uploaded as 591×591, and the plugin doesn’t seem to have trouble retrieving the full size for many of our products.

@operationsatkiller thanks for the response – that’s helpful to know what you’re doing but what can you tell us what you selected for the image type in the MailChimp plugin area? We have a setting for Product Image Size specifically for this – so i’m a little confused on why that’s not working for you. We will certainly get to the bottom of this – sorry it’s a little hard to figure stuff out in one swoop ??

@ryanhungate Sorry, turns out we’re using an older version of the plugin, 2.1.5. I’ll mark this as resolved and see if the issue comes back after updating. Thanks for your responses!

Sounds good @operationsatkiller, let us know if you see anything wrong with the images on the updated version. Also, please consider leaving us a positive review if you’re having a good experience with the plugin.
