    Dear Matt Plugins Team,

    I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing on my e-commerce site (https://exaemporium.com/products/) after installing your plugin. Some of the product images seem to be missing, as shown in the attached screenshots. These missing images are not specific to certain products and can vary from time to time. When I click on a specific product, the images appear fine. I suspect this issue is due to a technical glitch or miss match created on my website.

    I kindly request that you Check this matter and provide a solution to resolve the missing image issue. If necessary, I can provide you with the backend credentials to access the site. Additionally, I plan to share the same product links on my social media channels, and the missing images create an unprofessional look for my WooCommerce shop.

    I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to hearing back from you with a solution.

    Hi @visionrz,

    Thank you for your message.

    From what I can see, my plugin is not the source of the problem. I can see other potential reasons why this doesn’t work:

    • Your images are loaded from the i0.wp.com CDN server, i.e. you have the Jetpack plugin installed. Try disabling image optimization in that plugin.
    • You are using a lazy load plugin for images. Please deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.

    There seems to be an issue with the product image sizes on the mobile version of my website. Despite following your guidance to disable JetPack Image Optimization and Lazy Load settings, the images are still appearing smaller than intended. I am seeking your assistance in determining the cause of this discrepancy, as the Old product images display correctly on the mobile site. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
