Product image upload error

    Hello there,

    I am having the product image upload issue. When I register and then try to add product, I see the same error.

    “image 6.png An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

    And when I refresh the page and try to upload the image it logged me out.

    When I logging in again, it works. But for first time it never works. Do you know what is causing this issue ?

    I have already did a conflict test and got the same error again.

    It appears that there might be a conflict between the Dokan plugin and either the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot and resolve this issue, please follow the steps outlined below:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce.
    2. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
    3. Switch to any default theme, such as Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    4. Clear both your site’s cache and browser cache, then try the process again.

    You can try signing up and try to upload the product image. Only two plugins are active. woocommerce and dokan.

    Please check and let me know what is causing this issue.

    The plugin deactivated but it still doesn’t work.

    Hi @rajh2350,

    You’ve mentioned that you’ve disabled the plugin, but to resolve this issue, you’ll need to reset the user role as suggested by @fayeakuzzaman . After resetting the user role, please deactivate the WooCommerce and Dokan plugins, and then reactivate the plugin once more.

    This issue is mostly caused by Dokan Vendor Dashboard plugin. If you uninstall it, you may find everything else working perfectly
