Product image only showing after refreshing page

    Hi,

    I’ve reached the end of my knowledge with this issue.

    When you load a product page, the main product image is hidden by the gallery, the image is there as you can see part of it when you hover over it, however, to get the image to appear as normal the page needs to be refreshed.

    I’ve tried all the usual solutions including:

    – Deactivating All Plugins
    – Switching Themes (issue still persists)
    – Deleting Cache
    – Turning off NGINX Cache on the server-side

    The website doesn’t use a CDN or JetPack so that can’t be the issue.

    I’ve also spoken to the server hosts who have led me here. It’s seriously frustrating me as nothing seems to fix it.

    I’m convinced it’s something to do with caching as it works 100% of the time when you reload the page….however even after disabling every cache plugin, nothing.

    If anyone has experienced this issue or can shed some light on a possible resolution I’d be extremely grateful!

    I checked your site and couldn’t reproduce or check the issue you have.

    I’ve tried all the usual solutions including:

    – Deactivating All Plugins
    – Switching Themes (issue still persists)
    – Deleting Cache
    – Turning off NGINX Cache on the server-side

    A couple of questions come to my mind:

    When you deactivated all plugins, did you also switched back to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-One?

    If you did, it could be related to cache. Did you also try deleting your site cache plugins?
