    Hi alexsina,

This message appears to be from Google’s API, possibly in regards to the merchant center. I recommend checking merchant center diagnostics.

Kindly let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

    Sorry for missing your reply.

In merchant center diagnostics, there is no any information related to GTIN, because we sell hand made products, and does not GTIN.

    Thanks

    Hi Alexsina,
I’m unable to help you troubleshoot Google Merchant Center errors in depth because it is not apart of this plugin. However, I can give you some guidance. When you view ‘All Products’ in Google Merchant Center, there is a GTIN column. That normally corresponds to a product SKU in WooCommerce. I would also recommend checking your product feed in Merchant Center to make sure the products there match everything you’re selling in WooCommerce. If you’re selling a product on WC that has not yet been synced to Merchant Center, it’s possible that or a similar error would appear. Lastly, if you need direction to purchase UPCs, I recommend Googling ‘snap upc’.
