  • Are you talking about the space in between the product images? If so that is controlled by the following CSS.

    .builder-gallery-item { margin-right: .8333333333%; }

The other issue I believe is not talking about a physical space gap but a gap in the counting of products.

    Hi Andy,

Thanks for the reply but it’s not the space between the images, I mean how the products are shown up in the grid, my setting is listing products from a certain category in 3 columns, but instead it shows up less than 3 products in the first row and “pushes” some of the products to the next row.

    Thank you!

Can you show a screenshot? For me I see three items in each row. I am using Firefox 60.2.

    Hi Andy,

I’m using Safari, further down the page I see:

Merchandise and books on the top are Gallery and Content sections, after that there are all Product sections.

    Cheers

    Hi Louise,

I see what you are talking about now. It does show that way for me also.

I would try a couple of things to troubleshoot.
    1) temporarily show the products count for each catagory, I’m guessing that it will show a larger number of products than what are displayed.
    2) In your products screen in the backend Filter by one of the catagories that is not displaying correctly. There should be some products that are not displaying on the front end. Click on sorting and drag and rearrange the products so the products that are not showing are at the bottom. If you want them to show you will have to see what is different between the showing and not showing products.

    Hi Andy,

All the product in each sections are set to show all products in certain category, I tried put a limited number of products in each section (like 3) but it still didn’t put 3 products in the same row.

I also tried changing the positions of the sections by dragging one before the other, it seems that only the first product section will perform normally, any product section comes after the first one will have one or two product “pushes down” to the second row.

    Seems like a bug?

Hi Louise, It does seem to be a bug. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help. If you are using something like Serverpress I would try the old standby of turning plugins (except for woocommerce) off and trying the 2017/2018 theme. I had a similar issue a couple years ago and it turned out to be something with variations and a plugin.
If you do figure it out please update this post and let us know what you found.
