Product get’s discount for all users

    Hello,

    After trying out the plugin, I noticed that the discount rules are working just fine for the user roles I selected. However, the first product in my product catalog which is a variable product, gets always a discount for all user roles, even for visitors. You see that it has a discount when you click the basket icon or when you go to the basket page.

    Is there anything to do to solve this?

    Hi Barnabas,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    For this, please update the plugin to the latest version, then edit and save the discount rule to clear the cache of old rules that were saved before.

    Hello @angelagrey,

    I noticed that the discount rule still gets applied for the first variable product in my product catalog on the following scenario:

    -Product rule set to apply only to selected role “Customer”
    -Cart minimum subtotal amount for the rule to apply: ￡100

    When I login with an account that has the role “Customer”, the variable product shows as having normal price, but when you click on the basket or go to the basket page, there is a discount applied, exactly as before, even though the subtotal is below ￡100.

    I’m sorry, it must have been related to caching as I can’t replicate it either now. Everything looks good, thank you!
