    When we add one product and the plugin is active, it get added twice/quantity 2 at the checkout. also when you add more products. they remove the previous products at the checkout page.

    Can you please help?

    Hi @camman

    You will need to share a link to a product page so your site can be reviewed. Typically what you’re describing occurs when you have payment buttons enabled on product pages and you have a 3rd party plugin active that causes a conflict with how the cart calculation is performed on the product page.

    yes correct as once payment buttons disabled it worked fine, but we need to keep the payment buttons at the product page.

    at the moment payment buttons disabled at the product page, if required to be enabled to test please let me know.

    Thanks for that info. What I recommend is if you have a staging site where this can be re-created, start disabling plugins one by one until the issue is not repeatable. That will inform on which plugin is causing that conflict.

    We can then do a deep dive on that plugin’s code and determine the exact reason for that behavior.

    We already did?disabled the plugins one by one, and that did not help to find the source of the issue. I think it’s the plugin issue!

    If it was a plugin issue then it would be happening for everyone, which it is not. Here is a site where you can see the issue isn’t present.

    Did you test your theme as well? That also needs to be ruled out.

    we changed the theme recently as we thought it’s a theme issue.
