product gallery images

  • Hello !
    I used the Yith Quick View plugin for a while and it was amazing but now that I added product gallery images, the quick view shows a huge image (blurry, or one color). I tried adding a new product, without gallery images it works and if I do a single product (not variable product) it looks a little bit better. Could you please explain ? It’s so frustrating since the plugin worked really well and it’s my fav one I’ve tried ??

    thanks for contacting us.
    Have you updated your theme ? This seems to be related to your theme. First of all you should try to test it with Twenty Twenty-One (default WordPress theme) or Strofront (default WooCommerce theme).
    Let me know if works fine with one of this two theme.

    Could we ask to you which theme are you using, please ?

    Yes, everything is updated. (WordPress, all plugins, the theme…) and it still doesn’t work (https://shop.annegerzat.com/catalogue if you want to test )

    I’m afraid to test on an other theme since I’m afraid to loose all my work in the change… but I have the Biagiotti theme, which is a Mikado theme. (https://themeforest.net/item/biagiotti-beauty-and-cosmetics-shop/24645919)

    Hi Anne,

    you can fix that issue by adding the following code snippet to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    #yith-quick-view-modal #yith-quick-view-content .product, .yith-quick-view.yith-modal #yith-quick-view-content .product{
    display: block;
}

    Please try this solution and let us know if everything works fine!

    I have the same problem. I followed your instructions and entered the code, but it doesn’t work. In this case I don’t use Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront theme (https://www.avminerals.it if you want to test ).
    Alternatively, is it possible to display only the main image?
