Product Gallery image not working

so what I understand, WP is unable regenerate thumbnail using external media. Can have look to your plugin & fix this?

I’m really sorry that it took me so long to reply. Is the product image gallery another plugin? Can you give the URL of that plugin to help me troubleshoot the issue?

Thanks for the follow-up. The plugin I am talking is Woocommerce. In Woocommerce Product Page- there are two images 1. Featured Image 2. Product Gallery Image ( this is basically same as we see any shopping portal sites which are additional images of any product ).
Initially Product Gallery Image used accept images from external sites through this plugin, now it does not accept any more.

Also please check your recent update. The recent update is not working (images are not getting displayed) and I have to roll back to the previous update to make it work.

Thanks for the feedback. Let me work on the problem of the recent update first. Can you paste some of the image URLs which don’t work in the latest version but work in previous versions?

Thanks for your video which shows the issue clearly. I’ve also reproduce the issue on my local site. Seems that quite a few users have met with the same issue, so I’ll investigate the issue whenever I have time to work on this plugin from now on. Sorry to keep you waiting.

Have you fixed the issue related to the Plugin update? As told earlier, the new update is not working- please run on any local site and you will come to know
After last update, it is not working and i have to rollback to keep it working

The latest version of EMwI still works on my local site. I wonder the issue of the plugin update you met with is because of the browser cache. When I developed and installed the plugin update on my local site, I once indeed found that the user interface of the updated plugin became a mess and the plugin didn’t work anymore. But clearing the cache of my browser resolved that issue.

I have the same issue, it will add the pictures to the gallery on the product page but as soon as you update (save) the product, the images disappear. Thumbnail works fine.

@ultimohub what version are you rolling back to, to make it work?

It is not working anymore, it will dipappear as you save as gallery images. so i have stopped adding product gallery images now.
