Product Gallery Display Problem

Hi!
So I have a product gallery display problem here, I will put my images in the product gallery and have a featured image but when it displays all the images seem to be featured images!

Here is how the products’ display is suppose to look:

But recently it has been messing up and looks like this:

I have had no luck finding a solution anywhere and I was told by my boss that this issue is a result of not waiting for the images to completely load up but I’ve uploaded these images like 6 times and it doesn’t make sense why it won’t work correctly!
