Product gallery disappearing

I’ve checked on your site you’ve using a elementor pro.
Use the shortcode that is provided on the plugin settings page if your product pages are edited with help of elementor page builders.

Question: there is no shortcode in your plugin settings page.
I use wordpress + woocommerce + elementor pro + shopengine + WooCommerce Product Video Gallery

where can i find your shortcode?

Our plugin is working if you are using the default product template.
If your product template is created with elementor pro then you need to use our plugin shortcode [product_gallery_shortcode].

I have inserted it but it’s not working.. I think the problem is shopengine, but i need it

please enable it and check.

Ah ok now it asks me the license to use the shortcode ??
