I’m trying to create a custom filter, but it’s getting completely ignored. The filter that I’m creating as the following:

    • Regular Price = 0 OR
    • Quality = 0 OR
    • Availabuility = out_of_stock

But when the feed is create all filters are ignored. And I get out of stock products in the feed.

Also you have a spelling error in your Product Filter pull out screen when a customer filter is created you can select the Primary Attributes you have got ‘Reguler Price’ when it should be ‘Regular Price’

    Hi,

Can you please tell me if you want all these conditions apply in the feed?

If yes, please use ‘AND’ instead of ‘OR’.

You will use ‘OR’ when you want any of the conditions to apply.

About the regular price, I think you have translated the page that’s why it is showing the wrong spelling.

Let me know if you have further queries.

    Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me Sadia. I can’t get a simple product filter to apply. I’ve reduced the product filter to just attempt to exclude any out of stock products. I have a screen recording here showing what I’m doing

    https://youtu.be/2wPhKh0iFIg

I’m not translating the page at all, I’m definitly seeing a spelling mistake ‘Reguler Price’?as you can see in the video

    Hi,

Please use outofstock instead of out_of_stock in the custom filter.

It appears to the database as outofstock.

Also, sorry about the pricing error. You won’t get it anymore after the next update.

    Thanks.

    Hi Sadia

Thanks very much, setting the availability is equal to ‘outofstock’ worked. One last thing is that I don’t appear to be able to filter out product categories I’m trying to filter out the product category of ‘Sold Highlights’. I put in a rule if the condition is ‘Contains’ or ‘is eqaul to’ but neither work. I have a video here of what I’m doing

    Thanks for your assistance

    Hi,

Please use the slug name for filtering a category in the custom filter.

    Hi Sadia,

    That’s great it worked! ??

I have a question regarding the pro version. If I purchase it, will it retain all of the customizations I’ve made? Initially, I plan to use the basic/free version of the plugin to synchronize with Google Merchant Centre. Once everything is running smoothly, we intend to upgrade to the PRO version.

Also, I’d like to know if we have already set up and are using the basic version, will upgrading to the PRO version require us to go through the setup process again?

According to your website, the pro version requires the installation of the plugin “best-woocommerce-feed-pro-6.4.1.zip.” Does this mean that I will need to uninstall the free version and install the pro version separately?

    Many Thanks
