Product filter not working

    Hello,

    I have some problems with my website. I did set up a price filter on the shop page of the website but it is working very strangely. At Apple products it works well, but on my lenovo laptops sometimes it doesnt work at all, and sometimes it works when i do the price ball till 3/4 and when i do it back to 1/4 then it works too. I have no clue why it works on apple very well but on other devices not or strangely.

    Other problem is that my website sometimes acts strange. The menu text is bold but sometimes it changes to skinny text. Another problem is that i first had the prices at the store at around 50 dollar prices but now i did change it to peso what is a lot bigger. First i saw the correct prices but when i reloaded the page all was at the old prices again. A few minutes later i opened the page again and then it was fine again. How can it happen that sometimes things change back?

    I had the same on mobile. I did the hamburger from the menu on hide because i made a side bar and i only wanted to use that one. But at the beginning it was hidden, when i reloaded a bit later it was back and so it changed all the time.

    An other question i have is how can i change the + from the slide bar to a hamburger? So it looks like the one hamburger from the menu. And how can i disable the hamburger from the menu totally? Now it is only on hide but the space is still there

    I hope you guys can help me with those strange faults.

  • Hey,
    It may be that the plugins are conflicting in your setup. The best option here would be to setup a staging environment with an exact copy of your site, where you can perform a plugin conflict test to investigate this even further.

    It is on my staging website and i only have a few plugins on like the ones for woocommerce, the fusion plugins, contactform 7, and loco translate. And why is it then only at my laptops and not on my iphone and my brother his apple laptop? I will see the link you did send but it feels strange to me that it only works for 1/4 at the filter and other things change sometimes… maybe i have a ghost in my test site haha

    I tried the troubleshoot mode and only woocommerce on but still the price filter didnt do its work how it should be…

    Hi there,

    I see you have several problems with the filter by price and display of the site. Could you share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.
