• Hi, i’ve installed both the free version of yith pre-orders and yith product filter.
    I’d like to know a few things:

    1)How can i show the category hiearchy in the dropdown? Now all categories are on the same level in the dropdown, however that's not the correct structure (eg. "deep house" is a child category of "house")

    2)How can i change the default text "All" (when no category is selected) to "Choose genre?"

    3)How can i show all the categories in the dropdown, withouth the "Show 10 more"?

    If a dev can contact me i’ll give access credentials to the website.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Here’s how facetWP handles the categories, respecting both order</strong and hierarchy:

    And here’s yith filter, which is not taking into any account order and hierarchy:

    Hi there,

    hope you are doing well ??

    The plugin haven’t this option but you can reach your goal with this snippet of PHP code:

    add_filter( 'yith_wcan_dropdown_terms_per_page', '__return_zero' );

    Let us know.

    Hi Iván, thanks for your reply.

    I’ve tried adding that snippet in my child theme’s functions.php file but unfortunately
    it didn’t do anything…

    Hi, i think that was for the limit of the items in the dropdown, which i had previously solved editing a php file (not ideal, i know, so i just used this snippet now), but the main issues is that the category hierarchy and order is not taken into account in the dropdown.
