product filter by name

  • hi, here https://tu-compra.online we hare using this plugin https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-multi-vendor/ to create a multivendor site… so with the plugin you can add a vendor ( a custom taxonomy ) and assign a product to that single vendor.

    so, this is a vendor shop page ( all the product a vendor can sell ) https://tu-compra.online/tienda/77/

    so the question is: with your plugin can we “force” automatically to load only products of a single vendor page and do filter on those products? so the idea is to put a filter on top of page, and filter products for categories…

    another very good thing is that your filter can filter by product name…. but I don’t know if that is possible.

    Hello @angelolazzari,

    Plugin filters products that is displayed on page. Do not know how this plugin display products on the page, but if it uses default WooCommerce functionality, then all must work correct.

    Did you mean “Products search” with “filter by product name”? Our plugin do not have search input field, but you can use default WooCommerce search.

    Hi @razyrx thanks for the reply.
    That plugin displays only a subgroup of products, so, every vendor has a few products linked to him with a custom taxonomy… and using standard WC process…

    I told you about the product name filter, because what i want is filter, based on the product displayed into a page, only the product that match the product name filter… that because i don’t want to use WC product search becasit it would search on all the vendors products and not only the product of the displayed vendor shop page… as this one https://tu-compra.online/tienda/77/

    I will try to apply your plugin and see what happen playing with categories and tags
