    Hi how are you…
I have a clothing store, in each item we sell there is a checkbox for customers to activate if they want an extra bag.
But that information is not transmitted in the automatic emails of woocommerce. It is also not displayed in the order detail within the wordpress backend.
    How could i fix it?

    Hi @jmschefer,

    Thank you for contacting us.

May I kindly ask if the checkbox field shows on the mini cart/cart page or checkout page?

    Kind regards,
    Rob

Yes, it is displayed correctly on the cart page and at checkout. But not in Woocommerce emails and Orders details in WordPress Backend.

    Thank you for confirming @jmschefer.

It seems that the behavior is only isolated on the order details. In this case, could you please turn off the “Ajax add to cart” functionality of your theme and the fields should be showing after.

Let me know how it goes ??

    Best regards,
    Rob

I’m using the free Astra theme, I don’t have any ajax there .. Also in the woocommerce settings the ajax buttons are disabled, and the redirect to cart page option is selected.
I tried disabling the side cart plugin, and then placing a new test order, but was unsuccessful in practice, as the emails keep coming without the checkfield data.
    Any more suggestions?

    Hi @jmschefer,

Thank you for letting me know.

Could you please provide a list of your active plugins on your site, this behavior might be due to a plugin conflict.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Rob

Hi Rob, here I leave the screenshots with the list of plugins on my site.
Normally “Caddy Smart Side Cart” I have it activated, but I deactivate it for the test that I mentioned before.

    Hi @jmschefer,

Thank you for the list, I have checked it, and could you please do a simple test by deactivating the following plugins and performing a test order if the issue still persists:

? Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce
    ? Stock Manager for WooCommerce
? Wayre Click to Order or Chat

I am suspecting that there is something wrong during the checkout and order process since the fields are displayed on the cart page.

Let me know how it goes. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Rob again!

I made the test order again by deactivating those plugins, but it still has no effect on incoming orders. It is only displayed during the checkout process and in the cart page

Thanks for your time, I was really hoping that some of that would fix it.

If you have any other suggestions, let me know.
    Greetings

    Hi @jmschefer

    I’m sorry that didn’t work!

The problem is that You have a lot of plugins. If you have 2 or more plugins which are altering the same features of WooCommerce, conflicts can happen if those plugins do not integrate with each other specifically. I realize this is an unfortunate side effect but since there are literally 1000s of plugins available, it is impossible to integrate with all of them.

With that in mind, you can test if plugins are conflicting with ours by deactivating your WooCommerce plugins, except WooCommerce itself and our plugin.

If this fixed your issue, you know for sure one of the other plugins is causing a conflict with our plugin.

By enabling the deactivated plugins one by one again, you can find out which plugin is the culprit.

Once you found the plugin, you have a few options:

    1) Deactivate it if you don’t really need it. That solves your issue.

    2) Check if there’s another similar plugin out there that does integrate with ours.

    3) Check if our pro version integrates with this plugin (as it has more integrations): https://www.studiowombat.com/knowledge-base/which-plugins-and-themes-are-compatible-with-advanced-product-fields-for-woocommerce/

I realize this suggestion gives you a bit of work (sorry about that) but unfortunately this is the best way to find out where the issue can be.
